Our technician, John Brown, arrived right on time after giving us a 30-minute courtesy call. John quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and provided an accurate assessment of what needed to be done. He completed the repair in under two hours, and the quality of his work was excellent. Before leaving, he even took the time to share some helpful tips on how to prevent similar issues in the future. John was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better service experience. I highly recommend Clarksburg Plumbing and especially John Brown for anyone needing reliable, high-quality plumbing work.

Clarksburg Plumbing installed an external bib; after a couple of months there was a mechanical failure in the vacuum breaker. They responded within 24 hours, fixed it, no charge. Seth was prompt, courteous and efficient. We will be happy to use their services again.

Cris and Franklin from Clarksburg Plumbing did incredible work at our home fixing an underground water service leak. They encountered complications but went to plan B efficiently and skillfully and got the job done well and in a timely manner. They also answered all our questions patiently and taught us a lot of why they made the decisions they made. We are very pleased with their work and plan to recommend them and all of Clarksburg Plumbing to our friends and neighbors.

We had a clog in our septic line. The Clarksburg Plumbing crew located the troublesome area using a camera and then removed the clog and tested the line. They then remounted the toilet with a new wax ring and cleaned the area. Overall, a great experience!

He kept me in the loop the entire way as to what he was doing. He diagnosed two leaks within our toilet system and readily fixed them. Had a great experience with Clarksburg plumbing. Franklin and Chris were excellent! They clearly explained every step of the process. They kept any mess to a minimum and cleaned up the work area extremely well after the job was done. The office also amended our invoice to remove a line item that was in our estimate, but didn’t need to be done after all. Was very Satisfied with Garret Kline work on our water heater at earth animal Riverstone. As I helped him he taught me a lot and showed me somethings here and there of industrial water heaters. My boss was very satisfied he got our plant back in production and overall very satisfied. Especially since we stayed together till almost 9:30pm installing everything. Very good tech and very professional with his job and for these reasons we are glad to say that any plumbing needs our company has we will be calling Garret for he is our go to plumber.

We contacted Clarksburg Plumbing to have the drain and faucet connected for our new powder room sink. Plumber and apprentice were on time. The drain pipe had to be replaced to connect to new sink location. The apprentice completed the work with instruction and supervision. I only gave four stars because they were onsite for approximately 30 minutes and charged us $641. They were professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I just felt like perhaps we should have gotten a second quote. it seemed expensive but I haven't had plumbing work done in several years.

Highly recommend Clarksburg Plumbing. Very professional, nice family business. I have used them for many different things over the years from leak detection to testing backflows, water heater replacements, pipe replacements, and each time has been a very positive and successful visit. Garrett is awesome, very thorough, very communicative, use them if you get a chance.

Garrett was fantastic, Troubleshooted the problem and knew in minutes what was wrong and how to fix it. Solved the problem answered all of my questions and was very professional.

#1 call for the #2 pipe. Ben and his assistant promptly connected a new cast iron riser to my existing sewer lateral, keeping my project in progress. I’m doing my own plumbing in the bathroom and have pro tools and experience, but this tie-in was a job for a real pro and I’m glad I called them in. With a wife and 3 daughters, every day on our water system is a heavy flow day, and downtime needed to be minimized. As an engineer I ask lots of questions and he was patient and answered them. Bravo Zulu!

He explained everything he was doing, and even recommended a great water damage mitigation company. I will definitely be calling them back if we have another issue.

I called that morning, they had someone (Tyler) out that same morning. Mind you, this was for a routine job. Tyler arrived; listened to my long, drawn out explanation. He diagnosed it within minutes, explained the issue, how he would fix it, and got to work. He also let me explain an additional issue I was having but instead of charging me to fix it, advised me to take the issue to the company that has lifetime warranty. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

We’re homeowners in Upper Marlboro, MD, and after the 2026 snowstorm we woke up to a near-overflowing sump pump and water seeping into our basement; every homeowner’s nightmare. Even after replacing the pump, water kept coming through the foundation, the sump pump was running every 90 seconds, and a pool of water formed along our backyard property line. After a waterproofing company heard water moving under the foundation, we called Clarksburg Plumbing, and everything changed. Their specialized team arrived the very next morning. We received a text ahead of time introducing our specialist, Franklin, and his expertise, which immediately put us at ease. He and his team (Cris, Colton and Deybis) were kind, calm, and incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly identified a break in our exterior water line. From there, Clarksburg Plumbing handled everything; utility markings, inspections, and the repair, efficiently, cleanly, and professionally. The issue was resolved, and our peace of mind restored. We’re truly grateful and would recommend Clarksburg Plumbing without hesitation to any homeowner in Upper Marlboro dealing with unexpected water issues.

We had Clarksburg Plumbing replace our main water line from the street into our home. Franklin, Chris and Colton arrived about 8:45am and started right to work. By a little after 12noon the new waterline was installed and leak-free. They used the trenchless method so they only had to dig up a small area of the yard to connect the new line to WSSC. The guys did a great job! They were very courteous, explained everything they were doing and answered all of our questions. The inside work area was spotless when the job was complete and the hole in the yard was fenced for safety until the inspection. Two days later Omar and Tavon arrived to fill in the excavated soil after the inspection. They made sure to tamp and pack the soil well. The sod was placed on top and they also spread grass seed on the area. The job was completed quickly and they did a great job! We highly recommend Clarksburg Plumbing !

John Brown, our technician was wonderful in explaining the estimate and the work itself. He made sure we understood the work and the fixes by using visuals to accompany the explanation. He cleaned up after the work and had an easy going and pleasant presence.
